For our bungee fitness classes we have a progressive structure to accommodate all fitness levels:

  1. Intro to Bungee: This is where everyone starts, getting comfortable with the bungee equipment and basic movements.

  2. Level 1: Expands on the Intro class with a faster pace, building strength and confidence for more advanced movements.

  3. Level 2 and Level 3 (coming soon): These levels will introduce more advanced flying skills, allowing participants to explore exciting aerial movements and dynamic sequences.

  4. Boot Camp (coming soon): A high-energy option focusing on cardio and full-body workouts, with less emphasis on flying and more on strength and endurance.

Our bungee fitness classes feature small class sizes, ensuring personal attention and support from our instructors.   • Intro to Bungee

    Our Intro to Bungee is the perfect place to start your bungee fitness journey! This beginner-friendly class focuses on familiarizing you with the bungees and harnesses in a supportive, small-group setting. We’ll guide you through foundational moves and techniques that prepare you for Level 1, breaking each movement down to build confidence and ease. This session allows you to explore the fun possibilities of this low-impact workout while helping you build trust in the bungee system. With a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere, Intro to Bungee provides an ideal start to your bungee fitness experience!

  • Level 1

    Ready to level up? Our Level 1 class builds on the basics and picks up the pace! This 45-minute session moves a bit quicker with less time spent on instruction, giving you more time to flow through movements and experience the fun, full-body benefits of bungee fitness. We introduce additional moves and sequences that challenge your strength, balance, and coordination while allowing you to feel even more comfortable in the harness. With a faster rhythm and fresh movements, Level 1 keeps you engaged, energized, and progressing towards more advanced skills.

    Get ready to take flight! Our Level 2 and Level 3 classes shift the focus towards mastering flying skills and dynamic routines, with an emphasis on core strength and cardio conditioning.     Looking for a high-energy workout without the flight? Our Bootcamp class brings you a powerful mix of cardio, strength training, and plyometrics with less emphasis on flying. This class is designed to challenge your endurance and build total-body strength, incorporating dynamic exercises that make full use of the bungee’s resistance. With heart-pumping circuits and muscle-toning moves, Bootcamp offers a fun, effective way to push your limits and achieve serious fitness gains.
