FAQs

 Bungee

  • Our bungee harnesses are designed for participants between 90 and 300 lbs. If you'd like to ensure a comfortable fit, we’re happy to offer a complimentary 10-minute consultation before your first class. During this time, you can try on the harness and ask any questions you might have. Just let us know if you'd like to schedule a consultation!

  • We love to be inclusive, but yes for the safety of our clients we do have a few restrictions for Bungee fitness.
    1. All participants must be 18 years old or older.
    2. Participants should not be pregnant when starting bungee fitness.
    3. Have no recent surgeries.
    4. Are over 90 lbs and under 300 lbs.

If you have any concerns about conditions, injuries, etc. please contact us.

(Always consult your doctor prior to starting a new exercise class/routine)

  • YES! Please be sure to register for all Bungee classes prior to attending. We have limited availability in class and would hate to have you show up and not have a spot! It also allows our class to go more smoothly and start on time!

Most classes will open up 2 weeks in advance for registration and close 30 minutes before the class begins.
(If you have any issue’s registering for a class please contact us!)

  • We encourage you to wear comfortable tighter clothing - Leggings and tank or t-shirt are great! We don't recommend crop tops or shorter bikeshorts with the bungee harnesses. You are welcome to workout barefoot, with socks, and/or Sneakers (Please just make sure the bottoms of shoes are clean and free from debris/water) Please make sure you bring a water bottle!
*if you have any previous ankle or foot injuries we recommend wearing sneakers.

  • If they are 18 or older, under 300 lbs, not pregnant, and have no recent surgeries YES We would love to have them join the class! Please make sure they register to save their spot!

We do not allow spectators in the Classes. In order to keep our clients comfortable and safe only those participating in the class are allowed to be in the studio.

  • Absolutely! Our classes are designed to build on each other, allowing you to progress confidently from one level to the next. While different studios may approach things differently, our Intro to Bungee class ensures that everyone is comfortable with our rigging, harnesses, and foundational movements.

Please note, if it has been over six months since your Intro to Bungee class, we’ll ask you to retake it as a refresher before moving on to Level 1. This helps prevent injuries and ensures everyone has a frustration-free experience as they advance.

  • The intro to Bungee class is 75 minutes long as it takes a bit longer on the first class to get everyone hooked up and familiar with the moves.

All other Bungee classes are 45 minutes long.

*PLEASE BE ON TIME TO YOUR CLASS! Those who are late may not be able to participate!

Dance

  • For their first class, your child can wear anything comfortable that allows for easy movement. Once they’re registered, each class has a specific dress code that can be conveniently purchased through our studio to make it simple for you!

  • -Our parent and me classes are 30 minutes
-Classes for ages 3-7 are 45 minutes
-Classes for ages 7 and up are 60 minutes

  • In our Parent and Me Tiny Stars class, parents join in and participate with their little ones. For all other classes, we encourage independence by having parents drop off their dancers and enjoy a break while class is in session. We’ve found that this helps dancers focus and minimizes distractions. However, we do host a special Parent Week where you’re invited to come in, join the fun, and experience class with your dancer!

  • Please check out our pricing page for details on specific class prices.

Our tuition is all inclusive which means our monthly tuition takes care of everything you would normally pay for in a dance season (your registration fee, and for recital classes - recital costume rental*, recital fees, and two tickets per family to the recital.)

*To align with our 10-month tuition plan, dancers joining recital classes after September will have an additional costume catch-up fee to cover the costume rental portion for missed months.

  • We have dance classes for children 18 months and up!

  • All kids are a little different when approaching a new class (Just like adults! ) It can be nerve-racking for anyone to try something new. Some dancers will be really excited and invested, possibly loud and energetic, while others may be more quiet reserved and hesitant to try new things and both are totally fine and normal. Sometimes it takes kids a few weeks to get in the groove of class so don’t ‘t worry if they don’t get everything the first class. They’re learning, growing, and moving which is what we want to encourage!

  • We like too keep our class sizes a bit smaller for more individual attention for each dancer. We cap our classes at 8 students.

  • We do not do competitions,
We do have an end of year recital towards the end of our season that all dancers can perform in. Our Parent and Me Tiny Stars class doesn’t perform, however we do have an optional add on class for our tiny stars that want to shine on stage as we get closer to recital. All other classes participate fully in recital.
